Catherine Groenewald

With a diploma in Public Relations and a wealth of experience in Marketing and Events, Catherine is Sunset Media’s ‘go-to girl’ for all of the above and, most recently, added Digital Solutions to her repertoire. There are three things she looks for in a job – success, personal growth and experience. Sunset Media meets all three of these criteria on a daily basis.

Passionate about meeting new clients, Sunset Media’s culture suits Catherine to a tee: “The scope of work ensures that no two days are the same,” she says, “every day comes with a new challenge and a new face.” Chatting to this woman, who’s as driven as she is ethical, it quickly becomes clear that she draws job satisfaction from formulating a tailormade marketing strategy, implementing it and watching the brand grow.

Kerri White

With a BA Honours in Corporate Communication, it goes without saying that this is Kerri White's area of expertise. She's a natural communicator, passionate about getting the client's message across in a way that makes their target market sit up and listen. She possesses that elusive combination, rarely found in the marketing sphere, of logic and creativity, which she puts to good use when a new brief pops up in her ‘inbox’.

All the reasons she lists when asked what makes the Sunset Media team such a great group to be a part of ("young, fun, 'out of the box' thinkers, no task is ever too big or too small") could be used to describe her – Kerri’s energy is infectious and it’s in the arena of brand activation that her personality and skill set gel best. She’s an accomplished juggler, staying on top of multi-faceted campaigns with ease, drawing from her years of experience in project management.

Engaging with both established and new clients on a day to day basis is an aspect of the job that Kerri enjoys, but above all, the aspect she loves most is the work.
